Can you actually influence what AI says about you?

Yes — but not by prompting the engine or paying for a slot. There is no ad in an AI answer. You influence it by changing the readable inputs the model builds its answer from, then re-measuring to prove it moved. PRAGMA does this with a disclosed, reproducible method — the opposite of a black-box promise.

THE BLACK-BOX PROMISE "We'll get you into AI." no baseline · no method · no way to check ✕ trust us vs >_ THE DISCLOSED LOOP MEASURE→ SHAPE→ RE-MEASURE >_ the movement is provable

The instinct behind the question is right to be skeptical. You can't type a prompt that permanently changes ChatGPT's mind, and you can't buy a placement — there's no ad slot in an AI answer. So anyone promising "we'll get you into AI" with no method attached is selling a black box. Fair to distrust it.

But influence is real — it just lives upstream. An AI answer is assembled from inputs the model can read: the text on the pages buyers land on, how plainly your trade and market are stated, the structure the engines parse, and the proof they can cite. Change those inputs and the assembled answer changes. That's not a loophole; it's how the answer is built in the first place.

The honest version has two non-negotiables:

PRAGMA influences the answer in the open.

PRAGMA's whole method is disclosed for exactly this reason: influence you can't verify is indistinguishable from a con. We measure whether the engines name you, shape the real answers so they can, and re-measure against the frozen baseline. The neutrality is in the method — you check the work rather than trust the promise.

The standard, disclosed

We ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews the exact questions your buyers ask, and record — per engine — whether your business is named.

We freeze a baseline, shape the answers, and re-measure — publishing to a registry-verifiable record. We never fabricate proof and never claim a score predicts revenue.

Moved, on the record · Brand 9 Signs

Brand 9 Signs, a 40-year business (our own founder's, which is why we could open every number), started invisible to AI. We froze the baseline, shaped the answers, and re-measured — Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews now name it. Same test before and after, weak pillars shown too. That's influence you can check.
