These terms cover use of the website at prag-ma.ai. Engagement with PRAGMA services is governed by a separate Statement of Work signed at the start of any client engagement.

Who we are

PRAGMA LLC, a Florida limited liability company. PRAGMA is an independent operating company. Mailing address and EIN are available on request once an engagement is in motion.

Use of the site

You may read, share, and link to public pages on this site for any non-commercial purpose. You may reference our material in your own writing with attribution. You may not scrape the site at high volume, attempt to overwhelm or destabilize the hosting, or use automated systems to submit applications without permission.

Content ownership

All text, images, and code on prag-ma.ai are the intellectual property of PRAGMA LLC, except where third-party material is cited (such as peer-reviewed research from Harvard Business School, MIT, Microsoft, and other sources, which remain the property of their authors). The PRAGMA wordmark, the cursor mark, and "Installed, tuned, and evolved by us — owned by you." are trademarks of PRAGMA LLC.

Application submissions are governed by the privacy policy. By submitting an application, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and you understand PRAGMA will use it to evaluate fit and respond to you.
